Resident Evil 4

This was the first Resident Evil game that I have played more than five minutes of. It took a little bit for me to get used to the controls and the new view but once I got the hang of it I loved it.

This game is action packed! You rarely ever get a moments rest and even when you do it is very short lived. It does a great job of supplying action and the survival horror feel by never giving you enough ammo or recovery items to feel safe. And did I mention the hordes of zombies screaming and mumbling creepy phrases before they charge at you and try to kill you(before you correct me there are lots of stories about zombies where the zombie in question is not the undead but something controlled by parasites or leeches or even pagan idols)?

The story is great, the plot is pretty interesting and the game play is solid.

Once you finish the game you unlock a bunch of extra features: Separate Ways (tells the story of Ada and what she is doing while the main character Leon is going through the game), a mini game with Ada, the Mercenaries mini game where you can unlock even more characters including Krouser and Albert Wesker and a 2nd round version of the original game with new costumes and all your weapons, items and upgrades from your previous game. It also unlocks the professional game play mode, if you're in for a challenge.

If you are looking for an action packed roller coaster filled with suspense, puzzles and hordes of zombies, Resident Evil 4 will not be a disappointment.
